  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    Payment is charged at time of shipment.

  • What happens if my credit card is declined?

    Your credit card is charged at time of shipment. We will email you if the card is declined to request alternative payment. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, your order will be cancelled.

    Your credit card could be refused due to the following reasons:

    1) The card may have expired. You will need to ensure that your card is currently valid.

    2) Some of the card information provided may be incorrect. Make sure all required fields on the Credit Card Information Form have been filled out and are correct.

    3) You may have reached your credit limit. In this case, you will need to contact your bank to confirm you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

  • What shipping methods are available?

    We ship all packages via UPS Ground. If you require expedited shipping, i.e. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, please include preferred shipping method when placing your order via email.

  • Where will my order be delivered?

    We only ship to valid US shipping adresses. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST will ship within 1 business day. Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12pm EST and orders placed during the weekend or holiday will ship within 2 business days.

  • Can I track my order?

    We will provide a tracking number upon shipment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact info@shopasher.com.

  • Can I cancel items from my order?

    We are unable to change an order once it has been placed. However if you have any concerns, please contact info@shopasher.com and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. We begin processing orders immediately to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact info@shopasher.com immediately, and we will check the status of your order.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

    Unfortunately, some items may sell out quickly. We apologize if your order or an item from your order was cancelled.

  • How do I contact customer service?

    Contact us at info@shopasher.com. Hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm EST. All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours (except for weekends and holidays).

  • How do I return an item?

    We will gladly replace any defective items within 30 days of purchase. Items damaged due to incorrect washing/handling (see care instructions) or normal wear are not eligible for return. Please reference our Return Policy more detailed information.
